Visit of the delegation from Iraq

On May 16, an Iraqi delegation from the University of Baghdad arrived on a working visit to Saratov State Agrarian University to establish scientific and technical ties, academic mobility and international cooperation.

It consists of the country's leading experts in the field of veterinary medicine: Hamid Ali Al-Temini - Professor, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Surgery; Professor of Pharmacology, Duraid Abdulhadi Al-Kanash; Jinan Mahmood Al-Ani - PhD, Head of the Department of Epizootology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; Falyah Musa Al-Rikabi - pharmacologist, PhD; oncologist Zeyad Gattea Al - Rikabi, Ph.D.

Acting rector of the Saratov State Agrarian University Solovyev Dmitry Alexandrovich and the faculty of the University warmly greeted the delegation. At the round table, colleagues discussed the possibility of teaching Iraqi students at the faculties of the SSAU, international and project activities of university scientists, outlined a further plan of activities for conducting research work of Iraqi graduate students at the university.

In accordance with the program of stay, the delegation, accompanied by the director of the Institute of International Educational Programs A.V. Bannikova, visited educational complexes of the Saratov State Agrarian University, the Museum of History of the University of the Criminal Code No. 2, made memorable photographs within the walls of the university and on the streets of the city.
