Children from the Republic of South Africa at the Field Day

Today, opening of the 9th agricultural forum "Saratov-agro . Field Day” took place on August 9, 2018. Day of the field" which passed on fields of Scientific Research Institute Yugo-Vostok.

Teachers of the Saratov GAU participated in this Field Day: deans of faculties and heads of structural divisions headed by the rector N.I. Kuznetsov. Students of Institute of the international educational programs from the Republic of South Africa took an active part in a holiday.

Students visited an exhibition of agricultural machinery and at a competition of professional skill of tractor operators in which future machine operators participated by tradition Students foreigners were acquainted with modern agricultural machinery of the Russian and foreign production, and representatives of the John Deere and Rostselmash companies showed the latest technical developments.

Foreign students with interest listened to the speech of the governor of the region V.V. Radayev devoted to issues of production of grain in zones of risky agriculture.
