The Rector meets the first-year students

On September 21, the annual meeting of the Rector of the Saratov state agricultural university with the freshmen took place in campus Nо1. Kuznetsov N.I. and the leadership of the University spoke to our first-year students and told them about the history of the Saratov state agricultural university, the great scientists who worked in the University and outstanding graduates. In his speech, the Rector paid the students’ attention on the description of the structure, material-technical base of the internal structure of the University. The rector spoke about the opportunities of educational, scientific, art, sports and the implementation of students, he wanted the students to be active in all events and activities.
“From the first day, our University provides knowledge, skills and basis for future profession,” he said, “ I want all the freshmen not to waste time and do your best to be active in different directions. On the basis of the Saratov state agricultural university you can join some creative groups, sports clubs, volunteer organisations and groups. We support talented young people and help them to develop their skills.
After the greeting speech the rector answered the students ' questions. At the end the gests could enjoy a concert program prepared by the student's club of the Saratov state agricultural university.
